Terms & Conditions — Living In Alignment Retreat

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment & Reservation

Your spot in the Living In Alignment Retreat is secured upon receipt of payment (either paid in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan).

By enrolling, you are committing to the full retreat experience and agree to complete all payments in accordance with your selected payment option.

All payments are legally binding and non-transferable except as outlined below.

2. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected:

You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full and on time
Payments are required regardless of attendance or participation
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the retreat without refund
Any outstanding balances remain your responsibility and may be subject to collection if unpaid
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of retreat planning, accommodations, and advance commitments, the following policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 90 days (3 months) prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid
Cancellations made within 90 days (3 months) of the retreat start date are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances
All payments made within the 90-day window are final and non-refundable

No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel delays, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

4. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual:

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing
The new participant must be approved and deemed a good fit for the retreat
The new participant must complete all required onboarding steps
Any payment arrangements between original and new participant are the responsibility of those parties
5. Retreat Changes & Cancellations by Host

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be rescheduled or canceled by the host:

You will be offered the option to transfer your registration to a future retreat
If a transfer is not possible, a refund may be issued at the host’s discretion

The host is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to flights, accommodations outside the retreat, or travel-related costs.

6. Force Majeure

The host shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Weather events
Government restrictions or travel bans
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Acts of God or other unforeseen disruptions

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or transfer your participation.

7. Personal Responsibility & Participation

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being
You participate voluntarily in all activities
You will communicate any relevant health or personal considerations in advance

This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice or treatment.

8. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment:

Respect for all participants and facilitators is required
Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund
9. Agreement

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
